Drop Shipping
1. Set up a standard wholesale account with Bamboo Source Tropical Décor by completing the Account Application.
2. Fax, mail or email a signed copy to Bamboo Source along with a copy of your State Resale License. We will confirm receipt and approve the account within 2 business days.
3. Visit www.BambooTropical Décor.com to view the products that are available for drop shipping. Products will be tagged with a blue Drop Ship label in the item description.
4. Choose the products you want to sell online and copy images and content to put the product on your site. You will be able to download product photos and copy product information from our Website including item weight to help you calculate your shipping fee for your customers.
5. Sell the products to your Customers
6. Fax or Email your Customer’s Receipt to us to be included with the shipment. You may not order a Drop Shipment directly on the website. We will pick, pack and ship your Customer’s order via Best Way with your Company Name and Telephone Number on the shipping label. We will also supply you with the tracking number for your package.
7. Normally orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days. You will be notified immediately if a product is not available.

Please be aware:
A. We try to keep all the products available all the time, but sometimes we do sell out or a product is discontinued. You will need to check the availability online at regular intervals.
B. You are responsible for all federal and state taxes and license requirements.
C. If a product does not have a Drop Ship tag on our website; it is not available to Drop Ship.
D. You may order larger quantities of merchandise from our website shipped directly to you should you want to stock inventory. No drop Ship Fees will apply to these orders and discounted pricing is available on our website.

Drop Ship Pricing:
a. Order processing cost is $3.50 per order total less than $10.00
b. Order processing cost is $5.00 per order total more than $10.00
c. Plus an item fee of $.50 per item
d. Your shipping charges will be the same as the current shipping rates charged by the carrier based on weight. Be sure that you charge your Customer accordingly.
e. Incorrect Address fee is $10.00 per shipment.
f. You will be required to keep a current credit card on file with us to be used for your drop ship fees when we ship your orders.

Damages, Shortages and Discrepancies of goods:
1. All orders are self insured by us or the shipping carrier. If the customer claims non delivery and we do not have a confirmation of delivery within 14 days we will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement at our cost.
2. You will be responsible for customer care and handling any returns. We will refund within 30 days for damages or customer change of mind. All damage and discrepancy claims must be made to us within 5 business days of receipt of order. Please contact us for an Authorization Form to submit your claim. A photo of the damaged item may be required so that we may assess the nature of the claim.
3. Should an order be returned to us as refused or undeliverable you will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred and subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
4. We will not include any information about Bamboo Source Tropical Decor or pricing in with the shipments.
5. You can expect your customer to get products that are very similar to that on our site. All handcrafted items vary slightly and we advise you to place a statement online stating the possibility of variation on hand crafted goods.
